Oncology Acupuncture

I have been treating cancer patients at National Life Cancer Treatment Center at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin for over ten years. In that time, I’ve taken several continuing education courses on acupuncture in oncology care. As a provider, my goal is to be as effective as possible for my patients. Taking continuing education with those who may have more experience than I only helps me improve my thinking or decisions or technique when I’m in the treatment room.

Like any provider, it’s important to keep up to date on current research in our field of practice, and such courses typically assist with this for me. I’m sure I’ll be taking other continuing education in the future, especially since much of it has become remote learning.
